Carolina is a mild saison. She has notes of straw and spice and fruity nose. She was brewed with a wild yeast isolated from blueberries in South Carolina. A slight tartness from the yeast leaves a clean refreshed palate.
A sure thirst quencher.
Look for Carolina by herself and iterations of her on a regular basis.

The Norwegian - Farmhouse ale
A man sits at a bar in the Oslo airport. Two men approach. The man at the bar looks up at the other two. They nod in a familiar manner - but yet have never met. They pass a small container to the man at the bar possibly once containing Chinese take-away. This time, however, contains a strain of Norwegian kveik. Thus begins the journey of this yeast across the Atlantic brought to us by the Norwegian.
Although we don't have the same tools as the Norwegian farmers, we've used what we have and have brewed our interpretation of this delicious drink. Mashed with an infusion of freshly harvested juniper sprigs and noble Hallertau hops this ale brings you a flavor that imparts orange peel and a Christmas-like spice. This ale is represented with the Norse symbol for good health.

The People's Common
For those of you unfamiliar with a California Common (or Steam beer), it's an ale brewed with a lager yeast that can ferment at warmer temperatures. A hydrid ale/lager it will have you dreaming of summer days on the beach. It's clean and refreshing, well balanced with a moderate hop flavor.

Binecraft Harvest Ale
We've crafted a harvest ale using a late hop addition entirely of fresh hops. This creation will change from year to year depending on what we can get our hands on!
2016 - A pale ale with a late addition cascade grown in Aylesford, NS. What can you expect? A slight citrus nose with some fresh, green hop flavors. We chose a yeast that will bounce some slight fruity esters around for a delightful tasting experience. 5% ABV
First brewed for the Clean Annapolis River Project's annual river festival. It's refreshing, perfect for that summer day floating down the Annapolis River.
